Terms of reference
The objective of the sub group is to review the technical content of the protocol to ensure that it is appropriate and relevant to the scope of the audits being conducted.

This includes the following:
•    review current environmental best practice
•    ensure that appropriate environmental philosophy is maintained
•    arbitrate on technical issues
•    include and review any new topical issues
•    ensure the protocol is technically practical
•    provide technical review of new protocols
•    ensure fair and balanced scoring for technical elements

The TSG makes recommendations for the Executive Committee to finalise.
