Benchmarking

On a strictly confidential basis tanners can submit their results to a data pool for benchmarking purposes.

This information will be held by BLC (as the LWG contracted facilitator) and not be disclosed as individual data at any time. The data will be used to create average, upper and lower percentile measures of areas. This average data will then be published within the LWG to aid improvement within the group.

Please note:
• This is on a voluntary basis and tanners may choose to opt out.
• Only leather manufacturers that submit their benchmarking data will be promoted on the LWG website as an LWG rated supplier.
